Duties and responsibilities

• Operate machine in a safe manner to efficiently mold product
• Demold and Change mold(s)
• Mold maintenance and Mold Inspection
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area (platform)
• Inspect quality of finished product
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Overtime available

Other requirements

• One year of rotational mold operator experience preferred but willing to train
• Must be able to distinguish the difference in color
• Must be able to perform simple math functions
• Ability to work both independently or within a team
• Familiarity with manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements

• We highly value and reward regular, punctual attendance
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (infrequently)
• Daily duties may require lifting to 25 pounds
• Ability to lift above head frequently during a shift
• Able to stand for 8-10 hour shift
